We want you to be completely in love with your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags remain intact and the delivery note is included inside.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
